The Regional Finance Manager (Fiscal Manager III) for the Midlands Region oversees daily financial operations across multiple behavioral health facilities within the South Carolina Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, including accounts payable, budget analysis, compliance, and audit support. The position supports the Regional Finance Director in managing financial activities across mental health centers, intermediate care facilities, residential homes, and state hospitals.
This is a full-time hybrid role requiring regular travel throughout the Midlands region.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Professional experience in financial management, budgeting, or governmental accounting
- Demonstrated experience with complex, multi-site financial operations
- Knowledge of governmental accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex financial systems
