Leadling is recruiting for a national mortgage lending platform in financial services, giving mortgage loan officers access to a broad lender network, flexible operating models, and the tools to grow their business across multiple states. We are focused on creating an environment where originators can build momentum, expand their reach, and work with greater visibility into the lending process.
In this role, you'll help borrowers navigate mortgage options while growing your book of business and building strong referral relationships. This opportunity is suited to mortgage professionals who want to broaden their reach, work across a range of loan scenarios, and play an active part in developing their pipeline in a national lending environment.
Responsibilities- Originate mortgage loans and guide borrowers through the loan process from initial engagement through closing.
- Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline of mortgage business.
- Use loan origination systems and CRM platforms to manage loan activity and client relationships.
- Work across conventional, FHA/VA, jumbo, refinance, and purchase mortgage products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with realtors and referral partners.
Ideal Candidates
- Active Mortgage Loan Officers with an active MLO license, NMLS registration, or South Carolina licensure
- At least 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience
- Self-sourced producers
- Experience with loan origination systems (LOS) and CRM systems
- Experience with conventional, FHA/VA, jumbo, refinance, and purchase mortgage products
- Experience working with realtors and referral partners
- Eligible to work in the United States
