• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiology mapping and navigation system
• Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters related to cardiac mapping products and procedures
• Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac ablation solutions and related procedures
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business and achieve sales goals
• Collaborate with the sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other cardiac solutions products

• High school diploma with a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
• Associate degree with a minimum of 8 years of related work experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Ability to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day and interact with a computer

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record in technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
• Willingness to travel more than 25% of the time
