Founded in 1998, FOX was the FIRST private practice in the country to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population
. Helping patients restore the quality of life they deserve and desire, our focus is the rehabilitation of lives delivered through evidence-based therapy with innovative and proactive treatment.
- Patient continuity:
Patients are prescribed exercise programs to maintain functional levels after discharge from rehabilitation services. - Excellent support system:
Fox provides significant support for our Fitness Specialists through leadership, clinical education, and an assigned Program Manager.

Requirements- Must have one of the following:
Bachelors in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or Exercise Physiology;
Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally recognized and accredited organization preferred (i.e., ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA); or prior experience as a fitness trainer, with willingness to become a Certified Personal Trainer. - Routine travel to patient residences and between Senior Living Communities.
- Expand territory as needed.
- Travel as needed per practice requirements.
- CPR Certification.
- Previous experience working with older adults in a proactive and wellness setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
