AM/PM Guest Services Agent

Job Description – Guest Services agents welcome all guests upon their arrival with a smiling face and friendly attitude. The front desk is often the first point of contact for guests; givingthe agent responsibility of a first impression. Some of the daily duties include, but not limited to; checking in and out, issuing room keys/cards, keeping records of guest accounts, processing payments, and making edits toguests reservations.

• Check guests inand out of resort
• Issue guest keysappropriately
• Communicate withother departments to meet guest requests
• Accommodateguests scheduled stay as needed
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenanceproblems/safety hazards
• Welcome andacknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and addressguests' service needs
• Resolve guest concern;assist in all inquiries relating to hotel amenities and services

• Available to worka flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as positive body language
