Greet each guest with a friendly warm acknowledgment;
Collect and replenish pool towels and monitor inventory to minimize loss while ensuring towels are stocked and dirty towels are removed;
Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, including information about resort services, activities, and local attractions;
Maintain cleanliness of work area in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards;
Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
