Read, prepare and present high quality recipes and dishes using fresh ingredients (i.e., meats, fish, vegetables, cheese etc.) through various preparation methods (i.e., bake, grill, steam, fry, mash, etc.);
Prepare all mise en place for all relevant menus;
Comply with hotel, city, county, and state fire, food safety and sanitation regulations/standards;
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships;
Being aware of department targets and goals and striving to achieve them as part of the culinary team
