Line Cook

The Kingston Resorts is a 145 acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20 minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. This resort is home to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royale Palms. As a Line Cook, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver a memorable guest experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Read, prepare and present high quality recipes and dishes using fresh ingredients (i.e., meats, fish, vegetables, cheese etc.) through various preparation methods (i.e., bake, grill, steam, fry, mash, etc.)
• Prepare all mise en place for all relevant menus.
• Comply with hotel, city, count, and state fire, food safety and sanitation regulations/standards.
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
• Being aware of department targets and goals and striving to achieve them as part of the culinary team.

This is a full-time, year-round position working at the Embassy Suites located at the Kingston Resorts
