SYTELINE Implementation Manager

Position Overview

This position requires experience leading a Syteline implementation and a PMP certification. The role employs the client’s implementation methodology to lead a collaborative team of client and customer resources, bringing each project to a successful conclusion. It involves 50% customer‑facing interactions, with some work performed remotely and some requiring travel.

• Lead project teams comprised of client, customer, and third‑party resources.
• Define project objectives.
• Manage budgets and resources.
• Ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Adopt a proactive approach to risk management and mitigation.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the customer organization.
• Support special projects and training as assigned by the client.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or PMP certification.
• 2+ years of Syteline ERP implementation experience, managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
