Litigation Paralegal

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Myrtle Beach team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is adept at managing a rapid workflow and excels in organizational efficiency, communication, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Review case materials, pleadings, and incoming mail; maintain calendars and monitor all deadlines.
• Support discovery efforts by preparing draft responses and organizing document production.
• Conduct client and witness interviews and compile summaries of key facts and discovery findings.
• Request, obtain, and evaluate records such as medical files, SLED reports, driving histories, personnel documents, FOIA responses, and project records.
• Perform approved online research, including social media and general internet searches.
• Draft deposition notices and subpoenas, and assist with preparations for depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Create medical chronologies and develop comprehensive case summaries.
• Support settlement processes by preparing related documents and ensuring accurate completion and filing.
• Achieve monthly billing targets.

• Four-year degree and/or paralegal certificate
• Prior litigation paralegal experience
• Demonstrates a professional presence with strong attention to detail.
