When you join our team, you will become involved in supporting or delivering some of the biggest and most complex machinery installation and relocation projects in the world. Our people are experts in a diverse range of industries including automotive, aerospace, infrastructure, print, packaging, FMCG, metals and many more.

Position Summary of Primary Functions

The Labor Resource Coordinator supports the Resource Manager by efficiently and effectively ensuring jobsites are properly staffed with field personnel (craft and supervision). Accurately enters time worked for our temporary workers on a daily basis and sends to appropriate agencies for processing.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Assists manpower needs from planning for upcoming projects, to sourcing, to dispatching/placement. This includes collaborating with external agencies when internal resources are exhausted or when specific craft skills are needed.
  • Provide information to the HSE manager for the tracking of field personnel hours when required.
  • Ensure field personnel are scheduled to support the needs of our projects.
  • Maintain accurate staffing schedules and communicate updates to Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership.
  • Track field personnel availability, assignments, call-offs, transfers, and project completion dates to support workforce planning.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for temporary and field personnel, including start dates, reporting locations, site contacts, required documentation, and job-specific requirements.
  • Communicate daily with temporary staffing agencies regarding labor needs, worker attendance, replacements, and timekeeping issues.
  • Monitor staffing gaps and proactively recommend workforce adjustments to support project schedules and productivity.
  • Assist with maintaining employee and temporary worker records related to assignments, attendance, hours worked, and agency coordination.
  • Accurately enter, review, and submit timekeeping information for temporary workers, including daily hours, attendance, corrections, and agency reporting.
  • Confirm new or reassigned personnel have completed required safety orientation, training, and site access requirements before reporting to a jobsite.
  • Support compliance with company policies, client requirements, and safety expectations when assigning personnel to projects.
  • Respond to urgent staffing needs, schedule changes, call-outs, or project emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements Experience, Qualifications, and Key Competencies
  • High School Diploma preferred but not required.
  • 1+ years of labor resource planning experience in construction, manufacturing, or other industrial environments.
  • MS Office knowledge required.
  • Experience scheduling labor resources throughout multiple locations across the US.
  • Timecard record keeping for temporary workers is required.
  • Knowledge of labor resourcing and planning, especially in a construction environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to be available in events where an issue may develop after office business hours.
