Maintenance​/Custodian

Custodial / Maintenance Personnel

Full‑time.

Schedule:

Sunday 7:00 am‑3:30 pm, Monday & Tuesday 2:00 pm‑10:30 pm, Wednesday & Thursday 7:30 am‑4:00 pm. Position is outdoor, year‑round, in all weather conditions.

• Custodial duties
  • Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, taking out the trash, cleaning bathrooms and elevators, etc.
• Maintenance
  • Painting
• Other duties as assigned by manager

• Must be dependable
• Must be a self‑starter
• Must be an independent worker
• Weekends required
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Must be able to work in all weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision, and lift up to 50 pounds.
