The role combines hands-on maintenance with daily custodial care to keep spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
Position offers full-time hours, 7am–4pm, with benefits. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and prior maintenance/custodial experience.
