Supervisor de Vendas Descrição:
O Supervisor de Vendas será responsável por liderar uma equipe de vendedores, garantindo o alcance das metas de vendas da empresa.
Responsabilidades:- Supervisionar e motivar a equipe de vendas;
- Planejar e executar estratégias para aumentar as vendas;
- Acompanhar o desempenho dos vendedores e oferecer suporte quando necessário;
- Elaborar relatórios de vendas e apresentar resultados para a diretoria;
- Participar de reuniões para alinhar as estratégias da empresa;
- Garantir a satisfação do cliente e buscar soluções para possíveis problemas.
- Experiência prévia em vendas;
- Experiência em liderança de equipes;
- Conhecimento em técnicas de negociação e vendas;
- Boa comunicação e habilidades interpessoais;
- Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e atingir metas;
- Ensino superior completo em áreas relacionadas.
