. This key leadership position will oversee financial reporting, internal controls, annual audits, and support strategic financial operations.

• Performs financial analysis and evaluations of company overall operations: plant operations, overhead departments including trends and cost management controls.
• Maintain the system of internal control and procedures to ensure the accuracy of the customer billing, vendor payments, inventory and cash transactions.
• Responsible for the accounting system controls that safeguard the company assets.
• Responsible for providing timely and accurate system of internal financial reporting for management evaluation and control.
• Coordination of annual audits and maintenance of the relationship with the company’s external accounting firm.
• Responsible for the maintenance and support of third party relationships including banks, insurance companies, material suppliers, benefit administrators, and others as required.
• Assist and support other company managers in accounting, reporting, controlling, evaluating and managing their areas of responsibilities as appropriate.
• Supervise, motivate, cross train and assist Accounts Receivable Specialist and Accounts Payable Specialist in performing their job functions and developing/growing their skills inventory.
• Performs special projects as requested by the President and/or Company managers.
• Reports to the President.

• BS Degree in Accounting or MBA.
• Ten years experience in controllership or VP Finance position.
• Ability to work with individuals within and outside the Company.
• Ability to manage, supervise and motivate staff personnel.
