As our Canvassing Manager, you'll hire, train, and guide canvassers in day-to-day field activities, shaping both performance and strategy. What You'll Do

• Recruit & Lead: Hire, onboard, and inspire canvassers within your assigned territory
• Coach in the Field: Provide feedback and model excellence through personal canvassing efforts
• Track & Optimize: Monitor key metrics-leads, appointments, close rates-and drive ongoing improvement
• Train & Develop: Deliver onboarding and recurring training sessions on communication and objection handling
• Strategize & Report: Analyze neighborhood trends, competitor activity, and team performance to refine canvassing strategies

Who You Are

• Experience in Door-to-door, including some supervisory or team-lead responsibilities
• High-energy, hands-on coach who leads by doing
• Strong communicator with a focus on goals, accountability, and measurable results
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus

Pay: $56,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year Benefits:
