Director of Operations - Roofing

We're a fast-growing roofing company in Myrtle Beach looking for a Director of Operations to own and elevate our production, systems, and execution across residential and commercial roofing.

This is a leadership role for someone who knows roofing operations inside and out and can build scalable processes while keeping quality, margins, and customer experience at a high level.

What You'll Be Responsible For

* Oversee day-to-day roofing operations (production, scheduling, materials, labor, quality control)

* Manage and develop production managers, coordinators, and field teams

* Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards

* Optimize workflows, SOPs, and systems (CRM, production software, reporting)

* Control costs, margins, and efficiency across all jobs

* Partner with Sales, Insurance, and Leadership to ensure smooth handoffs

* Resolve escalations, complex job issues, and operational bottlenecks

* Drive continuous improvement, accountability, and team performance

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of operations experience

* Proven experience managing multiple crews, schedules, and high job volume

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Systems-driven, organized, and detail-oriented

* Comfortable with numbers: job costing, margins, labor, materials

* Able to lead in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

* Local to Myrtle Beach or willing to relocate
