We’re a rapidly growing single-family residential flooring company serving some of the nation’s top General Contractors & Track Home Builders. Our team specializes in delivering turnkey flooring, tile, and carpet solutions for large-scale residential developments across the country.

We’re looking for a driven Field Market Manager to lead our operations in
Myrtle Beach & Charleston, South Carolina
. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for owning the market, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence from estimate to installation. We are looking to hire the best of the best based off of our core values:

• Serve as the primary liaison between our clients and The Flooring Pros’ internal operations team, ensuring seamless communication and execution
• Oversee overall construction quality, inspect completed units for craftsmanship, and lead installation teams while ensuring compliance and safety standards are met
• Schedule installations based on client scopes of work, managing timelines to meet project deadlines
• Perform estimates and field measurements for single-family rental homes requiring flooring and/or counter top replacements
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory levels to ensure materials are properly stocked and allocated
• Act as the face of The Flooring Pros within the South Carolina market, building strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients

• 2+ years of experience in construction, flooring, home services, or related field leadership roles
• Experience performing field measurements, estimating, and managing installation crews preferred
• Strong communication skills — comfortable interacting with clients, installers, and internal teams daily
• Leadership mindset with the ability to hold teams accountable to quality, safety, and performance standards
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the Orlando & Jacksonville market
• Quarterly Commission Structure

• First-Year Expected Earnings:~$77,000
