We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Skincare Production Associate to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will assist in the manufacturing process of our skincare products, ensuring that each product meets our high standards of quality and safety. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

• Production Support:
  Assist in the preparation, mixing, and packaging of skincare products according to established formulas and procedures.
• Quality Control:
  Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure products meet specified standards. Report any discrepancies to the Production Manager.
• Equipment Operation:
  Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment and machinery. Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to the maintenance team.
• Inventory Management:
  Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies. Notify the Production Manager of low stock levels and assist in inventory counts.
• Documentation:
  Accurately complete production logs, batch records, and other required documentation.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Follow all safety protocols and company policies. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.

  Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals. Provide support and training to new associates as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the skincare or cosmetics industry.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
