Job Description POSITION SUMMARY
The office administrator will support manufacturing operations by coordinating shipments, managing billing and reports, and overseeing related transactions. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office functions.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Billing Report for Newark daily on shipments
- Filing required paperwork and maintaining records
- Printing all the sales orders and shipping labels
- Organizing them by shipments and making Bills of Lading
- Scheduling shipments
- Inputting information for Amazon and other customers to properly execute shipments
- Using EDI to properly execute orders (training provided)
- Back up for HR payroll/timecard processing
- Other duties as assigned
