• Assemble and wire electrical control panels, operator touch screens, motor drives, and diagnostic systems
• Perform mechanical assembly of industrial‑grade water blasters, pumps, injectors, containment, and filtration units
• Read and interpret complex technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Conduct troubleshooting, calibration, testing, and debugging of electro‑mechanical systems
• Collaborate with engineering to assist in prototyping, improvements, and manufacturing efficiency
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and quality inspections on production equipment
• Uphold safety protocols and contribute to compliance in an industrial manufacturing environment

• Required:
• Proven electrical skills (AC/DC wiring, panels, VFDs, PLCs, troubleshooting)
• Strong mechanical aptitude (assembly, maintenance of hydraulic/pneumatic systems, metal fabrication)
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and industrial machinery
• Ability to accurately read and act on blueprints, electrical schematics, and assembly drawings
• Proficient in hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments
• Detail‑oriented professional with strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or a related field preferred
• Preferred:
• Experience with high‑pressure systems or fluid‑based machinery
• Knowledge of abrasive injection or dustless blasting technologies
• Background in filtration systems, water handling equipment, or environmental safety systems
