Description

Polydeck is seeking a Rubber Operator I to help manufacture high-quality rubber products in our production facility.

Shift: First Shift

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Load materials and remove finished products.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform machine changeovers and basic production tasks.
• Record production information using scanners and computers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Help the team meet daily production goals.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic production instructions and measurements.
• Strong attention to quality and safety.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team attitude.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Perform bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and other physical tasks throughout the day.
• Manufacturing facility with noise, dust, and the smell of rubber.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
