Olsten Staffing is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join a leading manufacturing company as a Cleaner Operator I. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while developing valuable production and machine operation skills.

The Cleaner Operator I is responsible for maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards while operating various work centers and production equipment. Qualified candidates will be detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Maintain acceptable safety, quality, and productivity levels
• Operate various work centers and production equipment as needed
• Accurately complete daily production sheets and job clocking records
• Verify production counts and maintain accurate documentation
• Learn and perform machine setups as required
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
• Identify and report scrap, defects, or production concerns to leadership
• Use hand tools safely and effectively
• Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and leadership
• Support a positive team environment
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and recordkeeping skills
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and attendance

• Production and manufacturing experience
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely
• Understanding of quality control procedures
• Experience completing production documentation
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic equipment adjustments

This position is located in a manufacturing facility and may include:

• Exposure to noise and varying temperatures
• Working around moving machinery and production equipment
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and steel-toed shoes

Pay Details: $16.00 to $21.25 per hour
