Divine Dining Group is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Social Media Coordinator to join our corporate team.
We are a multi-concept restaurant organization operating six distinct restaurant brands across sixteen locations
. Each concept has its own identity, voice, and guest experience. This role is responsible for elevating and protecting those brands across digital platforms while driving engagement, visibility, and measurable growth.
The Social Media Coordinator reports directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and plays a key role in executing company-directed marketing initiatives across all brands.
What You’ll Do Brand Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute social media content strategies aligned with company objectives
Maintain content calendars for multiple restaurant brands while preserving distinct brand voices
Support promotions, seasonal campaigns, new store openings, and special events
Ensure consistent and professional digital representation across platforms
Content CreationCreate compelling written and visual content including posts, stories, reels, and short-form video
Gathers on-site content capture including photography and video
Collaborate with leadership and external partners to maintain brand standards
Stay current with platform trends and evolving digital best practices
Community EngagementMonitor and respond to guest comments, reviews, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
Maintain positive brand reputation across digital channels
Encourage user-generated content and community interaction
Analytics & ReportingTrack performance metrics including engagement, reach, growth, and conversion indicators
Provide regular performance summaries and recommendations
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results
What We’re Looking For2+ years of professional social media management experience (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, and emerging platforms
Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Eclincher, Sprout Social)
Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail and brand voice consistency
Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously
Creative thinker with strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional, positive, and collaborative mindset
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (corporate office-based)
Occasional evenings or weekend support for events or campaigns as needed
Full-time position
