Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant; MA-C - Urgent Care

The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant expands clinical responsibilities while coordinating patient care within the MA‑C license scope. This role requires close collaboration with physicians, clinical staff, front‑office personnel, and clinic management to deliver excellent patient service and clinic management support.

  8:00am – 8:00pm (3 x 12‑hour shifts per week)
• Unique earning potential: $2.50/hr Indigo Premium, $1.75/hr X‑Ray Certification Premium (if certified), $1.25/hr Weekend Differential, plus additional incentive programs.

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting patient autonomy, dignity, and health across diverse backgrounds.
• Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients.

• Washington State Medical Assistant‑Certified (MA‑C) license.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain through in‑house training.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a physician’s office or medical facility preferred.
• Waiver for externship/residency candidates with an active or pending WA DOH MA‑R certification
