Part-Time Nurse; LPN​/RN

Med Pass Nurse (LPN/RN)

We are seeking a Med Pass Nurse (LPN/RN) to provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, and respond promptly to emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments, record vital signs, and document reports.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Ensure adherence to care plans.

Physical Requirements:

Requires physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and pushing up to 250 lbs. The role entails long hours and potential night/weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an LPN or RN.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Preferred 1-2 years of healthcare experience.
• Fluent English communication.
• Proficiency with electronic health records.
• Ability to work independently.

Additional Duties:

• Mentor team members.
• Participate in training.
• Maintain documentation to ensure quality care.
