Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Edgefield County Jail. What You'll DoAs part of our healthcare team, you will:
Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff to deliver safe, quality patient care Help maintain a safe, organized, and patient focused healthcare environment

Qualifications

Required Active South Carolina LPN license Current CPR certification Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team

Preferred

Previous correctional, long term care, emergency, or medical surgical nursing experience
