Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with departmental requirements and state and specialty practice standards. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team, provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, and embody the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

• Assess the patient’s condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s) and ensure thorough and timely documentation in the patient’s medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and take appropriate action if an unintended response occurs.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate needs, and resolve issues to provide exceptional care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow‑up measures, ensuring complete understanding.

• Registered Nurse Diploma
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Either Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
