Embrace Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Hospice House in Myrtle Beach to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team and communicate with patients, families, and the RN to ensure quality end-of-life care.
The LPN provides care under RN supervision, administers medications, and documents progress while participating in on-call rotations and continuing education to uphold agency standards.
