Curana Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) setting.
In this role, you will conduct daily patient rounds, provide acute and transitional care management, and collaborate closely with physiatrists, therapy teams, and interdisciplinary staff to support optimal functional recovery and safe discharge planning for patients undergoing intensive rehabilitation.
