Manage the daily production of food for all the daily restaurant operations and banquet events;
Oversee the kitchen staff, hire, train, develop, schedule and participate in the activities of cooks and other kitchen staff;
Assist the Executive Chef in creating and implementing menu selections for special themes/events;
Maintain compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations;
Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision, counseling and evaluations
