Food Runner​/Busser​/Attendant

We are looking for bussers and food runners with excellent customer service skills, who are passionate about the hospitality industry and are interested in growth opportunities within our company. We cross‑train our staff to work in multiple areas. This is a seasonal part‑time position to start but for the motivated individual could lead to a year‑round position. To succeed as a busser or food runner, you should be committed to providing customers with excellent service.

You should be positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite.

• Perform all duties and responsibilities, including opening/closing checklists in an effective manner with a sense of urgency
• Attend to guests needs when delivering food or clearing tables. Ensure guests’ expectations have been exceeded
• Maintain table appearance by pre‑bussing and removing clutter
• Set tables to specifications. Ensure all condiments are served accordingly and food presentation meets standards
• Report and assist to resolve food or service issues. Keep immediate supervisor informed of significant issues and take prompt corrective action.
• Uphold and maintain high quality customer service and hospitality.
• Ensuring back of house area and outlet are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working atmosphere.
• Working as part of a fun, high‑energy team.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

• Must be 16 years old. Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
• Must be dressed neatly and well‑groomed in company uniform.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work around peak hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Willingness to work as part of a high‑energy, efficient team in a fast‑paced environment.
