WHAT YOU WILL RUN
As Kitchen Manager, you own Back of House operations!
You will be:
- Leading food production with precision, speed, and consistency
- Ensuring all food meets recipe standards and presentation specs
- Driving ticket times and kitchen flow during high-volume service
- Managing labor, food cost, waste, and profitability like a pro
- Conducting Taste & Temp checks and enforcing food safety
- Maintaining Eco Sure standards (95+ score track record required)
- Coaching, developing, and evaluating BOH team members
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and building a rockstar kitchen team
- Overseeing inventory, ordering, prep audits, and par levels
- Enforcing cleanliness, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Helping with menu planning and food projections
- Creating a work environment that is safe, structured, and still FUN
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT
You've got the experience and the energy.
You bring:
- 3-5 years Kitchen Manager experience
OR 5-7 years Assistant KM experience in a $10M+ food operation - Background in high-volume full-service restaurant with bar
- Experience pushing 250-300 plates per hour
- Proven Eco Sure performance (95+ scores)
- Strong food cost & labor control knowledge
- Experience developing team members and future leaders
- Comfort with Excel, POS systems, and scheduling tools
- A personality that motivates, teaches, and leads from the front
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Nights, weekends, and holidays
- Standing 10 hours
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Moving fast and thinking faster
