Do you have restaurant leadership experience? Are you looking for a company to grow in? Then this job is for you! We are currently looking for an experienced restaurant Supervisor to join our North Myrtle Beach, SC location.
A Supervisor is under the supervision of managers and act as a supporting role running the shifts with the Managers on duty. Supervisors help run the shift, table touches, assist with guest complaints, and any other issues that arise during the shift.
A Manager is present on the floor during shifts also assisting guests and helping where needed but, they are in charge of the ordering, inventory, schedules, employee relations, etc. Basically, to sum it up managers have more responsibility than supervisors.
Qualifications- 2-3 years experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry
- High volume restaurant experience is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Team Player
- Free or discounted meal each shift!
- Paid Weekly (EVERY FRIDAY!)
- Closed for Winter Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day)
