Hourly Wage

$14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer assistance, recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs, and ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
