Temporary Support Associate

Store Manager

Job Description – U.S. Retail & Outlet Only

The Temporary Fulfillment Associate plays a vital role in the store’s success during high-volume periods by supporting our commitment to providing products to customers.

Responsibilities include:

Receiving and processing incoming stock deliveries

Communicating inventory discrepancies to management

Organizing products as sell-through occurs and new inventory arrives

Using the Order Management System (OMS) to locate stock for customer orders

Using the OMS to package and ship customer orders

Maintaining adequate product supply levels by communicating needs to management

Following the Company’s Asset Protection standards

Upholding housekeeping standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Ability to work at a fast pace with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including the period from October 15 through January 1
