The Project Specialist Flex role ensures Anderson Merchandisers' standards are met for intricate store remodels and special projects. The position manages substantial store product and fixture reconfigurations and fulfills various client‑requested merchandising tasks. It is a project‑oriented flexible role reporting to the Project Team Supervisor and Project Team Manager.

• This full‑time position is project‑based. Most projects involve working overnight and on weekends; occasionally daytime shifts may occur.
• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing ones.
• Move existing sales floor fixtures – basic and complex.
• Install basic electronic equipment (no programming or setup).
• Perform basic modular and counter detailing.
• Set merchandise to modular guidelines.
• Relocate excess merchandise to locations designated by store management.
• Use basic hand tools or cordless drill.
• Perform additional merchandising tasks or audits.

• Build and uninstall sales floor fixtures.
• Handle electronic equipment installation.
• Detail modular and counter areas.
• Move merchandise per store guidelines.
• Operate hand tools and adjust items.
• Conduct audits and other duties as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read a planogram/Mod or understand retail remodel concepts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting of up to 35 lbs; occasional lifts up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Work may involve sitting, standing, walking; require fine hand manipulation, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends. Overnights are required.

$18.00 per hour.
