Redline Powersports is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Lot Porter to help maintain our dealership's inventory, showroom, and grounds. If you enjoy working around motorcycles, ATVs, side‑by‑sides, Slingshots, and personal watercraft, this is an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑paced powersports environment.

• Move and stage motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Slingshots, and other inventory throughout the dealership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the showroom, lot, and service areas.
• Assist with unloading and receiving new inventory shipments.
• Wash, detail, and prepare units for customer delivery.
• Fuel and charge vehicles as needed.
• Assist sales and service departments with unit setup and transportation.
• Organize inventory displays and ensure units are properly tagged and merchandised.
• Perform daily lot inspections and report any damage or maintenance concerns.
• Help maintain dealership grounds, including sweeping, trash removal, and general upkeep.
• Pick up and deliver units when required.
• Support dealership events, promotions, and customer deliveries.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate motorcycles, ATVs, side‑by‑sides, and other powersports vehicles (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Previous dealership, automotive, marine, or powersports experience is a plus but not required.
