Aerie - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You show a passion for AEO Brand Standards, have an eye for merchandising, and maintain keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your base, you also support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed and represent AEO values by being your real self every day.

• Drive product movement through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain the Stockroom, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures organized and running efficiently.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, devise a plan, and take action to improve presentation.
• Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks or guest service when called upon.
• Adhere to safety, asset protection, and all AEO policies and procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You excel at organization and show strong priority‑setting and time‑management skills.
• You have flexible availability to move product early morning, late evening, and on weekends.
• Earlier experience in a stock‑related role.

• Pay is based on experience, location, and other factors.
• Eligible for paid sick leave and other AEO rewards as determined.
