Game Stop - 2000 Coastal Grand Circle - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, promote promotions;
Support the shopping environment and visual/operational elements to drive sales and guest loyalty;
Process guest purchases and returns using POS system accurately and professionally;
Escalate guest issues to Store Manager when appropriate and follow up;
Supervise and train Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence; ensure onboarding and compliance training are completed
