Overview

We are looking for a reliable, service‑oriented Sales Associate who enjoys a fun workplace environment and consistently provides superior customer experiences. The role focuses on engaging customers, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere for Wolverine Worldwide.

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a pleasant shopping environment.
• Operate point‑of‑sale registers and accurately process cash, credit and other payment methods.
• Record transactions, handle inventory, and maintain merchandise displays, including moving items up to 40 lb and using ladders.
• Detect potential theft and other security risks.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics while following best‑in‑class operational and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members and perform any additional duties assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated personal success in work, school, or extracurricular activities.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Passion for Wolverine’s brands and lifestyle.

Retail environment. Duties may include lifting up to 40 lb, climbing ladders, and operating in a fast‑paced store.
