Provides personalized, customer-focused service and an inspiring shopping experience. Supports sales goals while representing the brand and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve individual sales and performance objectives.
- Help customers with styling, product knowledge, fitting room needs, and available programs.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, support replenishment and visual presentations, and complete opening and closing tasks.
- Collaborate with the team and provide feedback to management on products and customer needs.
- Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
