Sr. Life & Health Account Executive

Job Summary

This employee will partner with Sales Producers and carrier partners to place new business, service existing clients, and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

Full-time, on-site or hybrid position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30

• Market new and renewal business to carriers independently and with Sales Executives
• Collaborate on new business and renewal strategies, including client and carrier meetings
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
• Prepare proposals and renewal summaries using Benefit Point
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality
• Service assigned book of business, including coverage reviews and client inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and follow agency SOPs and best practices

• Active Life and Health Insurance Producer License
• 3+ years’ experience as a Life and Health Account Executive
• Commitment to continuing insurance education and professional development
• Strong knowledge of life and health insurance with the ability to discuss coverage with carriers and clients
• Proficient with agency management systems, Microsoft products, and carrier platforms
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with sound judgment and the ability to work under pressure
• Positive, collaborative team player willing to mentor others
