Spring Step Shoes, part of Spring Footwear Corp., is expanding—and we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused sales professionals to help launch our new store at Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach.

Part-Time (15–25 hours per week) Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals, conversion targets, and customer service expectations
• Build genuine relationships with customers by identifying their needs and recommending the right products
• Maximize every customer interaction through upselling, cross-selling, and add-on sales opportunities
• Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing, and shop-ready sales floor
• Receive, unpack, process, and merchandise incoming shipments accurately
• Process e-commerce and ship-from-store orders with close attention to detail
• Assist with inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and loss prevention practices
• Represent Spring Step Shoes with professionalism, enthusiasm, and brand pride
• Collaborate positively with teammates, mall management, vendors, and corporate partners
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers and team members

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident engaging with customers
• Goal-oriented and motivated by sales performance and commission opportunities
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Professional communicators with strong interpersonal skills
• Team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Previous retail, sales, customer service, or commission-based experience preferred
• Outlet, footwear, fashion, or specialty retail experience is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and climb ladders as needed
