Feazel Roofing has been protecting homes for over 38 years and is one of the nation's leading residential roofing contractors. Now we need a sales leader to run our Greenville office. You will build the team, own the number, and grow the market.

• Lead, coach, and train a one call close sales culture
• Run all sales and canvassing operations, from the doors your team knocks to the roofs we sell
• Recruit, hire, and train sales reps and canvassers who want to win
• Set clear goals for every rep and for the office, then hold the team to them
• Coach reps to close more at the kitchen table
• Partner with company leadership on budgets, forecasts, and market plans
• Track KPIs, spot what's working, and fix what isn't
• Lead from the front with your own sales results
