The Sales Ambassador creates elevated lifestyle experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, styling recommendations, and clienteling. The role supports sales goals and team success while building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
- Build personal business through client outreach, wardrobing, and digital tools.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and individual performance indicators.
- Coach Brand Ambassadors and contribute to team training and development.
- Maintain visual standards, support store initiatives, and provide feedback to management.
- Capture customer information through CRM tools and build lasting client relationships.
- Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to use registers and digital sales tools, and to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb as needed.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
