Summary
The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized service, product expertise, and thoughtful styling recommendations. This role builds lasting client relationships and contributes to individual and store sales goals.
Responsibilities- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice.
- Grow personal business through client outreach, wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results.
- Build customer relationships, capture client information, and participate in store initiatives.
- Maintain visual standards and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
- Support team coaching, training, and talent sourcing activities.
- Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Digital selling experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.
