Design Consultant - Myrtle

Renewal by Andersen is growing in our Carolina Region market and hiring Sales Consultants. We are looking for talented professionals who can help fuel our dynamic growth through a customer‑focused, consultative selling experience.

• Conduct in‑home consultations with homeowners.
• Provide estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for replacement projects.
• Schedule and run homeowner appointments, often on evenings and weekends.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years of in‑home or outside sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to frequently sit, walk, reach at waist level, climb stairs, and occasionally reach from the floor to at or above shoulder level.
• Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55 lb and place them on raised surfaces.

• Compensation averages $200,000–$255,000 per year.
• Performance bonuses and profit‑sharing available.
