Security Officer Access Driver Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Monitor entrances, exits, and designated access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document entries, deliveries, and unusual activity in accordance with site protocols;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with management, tenants, and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues;
Support crowd management and traffic flow during busy business hours, special events, and/or closing procedures while providing clear directions and assistance to guests and staff
