Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest-access areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe resort activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.;
Assist with directing guests and visitors, maintaining a professional presence, and documenting incidents and patrol activities as required.
